| What We Do ------------------------------------------------------- We have enacted the Whitney Shotts Memorial Gautier Citizen of the Year Award. We give deserving Jackson County High School Seniors, each a $1000 scholarship to a school of their choice. We purchase Thanksgiving meals for multiple needy Jackson County families, and at Christmas, we also purchase food, clothing, and toys. Throughout the year we assist folks that need help due to fire, illness, or other catastrophic setbacks. |
| In 1986, a group of men decided to form a non-profit organization for Gautier. Since their inception, they have helped the Gautier community by donating their time and monies raised throughout the year. |
